Shipping

Every order is poured, packed, and dispatched within 2 business days.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel ships.
Standard shipping is a flat A$8. Orders over A$75 ship free.
We currently ship within the United States. If you're elsewhere and would love a candle, email us — we'll see what we can do.
Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch.

Arrived damaged? Email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement straight away — no forms, no return postage, no fuss.
Changed your mind? Unburned candles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage is the only cost we ask you to cover.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We collect as little as possible, and what we do collect exists only to get candles to your door.

What we receive: when you order, PayPal passes us your name, shipping address, and email so we can fulfil and update you on your order. That's the full list.
Payments: handled entirely by PayPal. Your card details never touch our site and we never see them.
No tracking: this site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. Your cart is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
No marketing: we email you about your order and nothing else, unless you've explicitly asked to hear from us.
No selling of data: ever. We share your address with the shipping carrier to deliver your parcel, and that is the only sharing that happens.
Your data, your call: want your details deleted? One email and it's done.
