Privacy
We only collect the information we need to process and deliver your order.
- What we receive: when you order, our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) gives us your name, email address and shipping address.
- Payments: processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card details are entered on their secure systems and are never seen or stored by us.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited and which candles are viewed or added to the cart. It sets cookies and records details like your device, browser and approximate location. It doesn't receive your name, email address or payment details. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Cookies: apart from Google Analytics, we don't use advertising trackers. Your cart is saved in your own browser and isn't sent to us until you check out. Stripe and PayPal may set cookies needed to process payments securely.
- Email: we only email you about your order, unless you've asked to hear from us.
- Sharing: we don't sell your information. We share your name and address with our delivery carrier so they can deliver your parcel.
- Deleting your data: email us and we'll delete your details, except where we're required to keep records by law.
